Exercise is one of the most important things anyone diagnosed with cancer can do to enhance well-being and improve health outcomes both during and after treatment. At 5k Your Way we invite anyone who is living with, or beyond cancer, families, friends and health care professionals to join us on the last Saturday of every month, to walk, jog, run, cheer or volunteer at the Porthcawl parkrun. All ages and abilities welcome - do as little or as much as you want to, or just join us for a coffee and a chat afterwards. Please search for our Facebook page for more details or to contact us.
